One of our projects is to encourage people to kick the bottled water habit. We began that effort late in 2009 by giving each hardworking member of the Board of Selectmen, School Committee, School Administration and Planning Board a Sustainable Milton a Klean Kanteen stainless steel water bottle, helping them to avoid wasting the energy and materials involved in the extraction, bottling and transportation of bottled water.
